Today I find myself thankful for these five, randomly selected, items:
1. Panera Bread lunch, courtesy of my sister. 2. Murphy, on a vacation to the farm, also courtesy of S. 3. New glasses! 4. Shiny, clean, blingy rings, thanks to the nice lady at Kay. We went in to have my ring resized but decided, at the last minute, to wait until the end of the month, but she cleaned all our rings anyhow. 5. All the great summer storms we've been having. We get a lot of lightening strikes here; I'm waiting for our walnut tree to catch on fire again. I'm hoping eventually it will burn to the ground.
We've been having a lot of storms lately too! I come into work, roll the windows down a smidge, then around 3 or 4 it's pouring for about 15 minutes .. then it's muggy the rest of the day. I love rain, don't get me wrong. But I appreciate it more when I watch it from my couch with a book..
Rain can be cool, but tell somebody to keep it below the flooding level please! I dig moons as much as stars anyway and we've had some cool moons/skies lately.
